- Philadelphia to Edinburgh: The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to Edinburgh Airport (EDI) route will resume on May 23, 2025, with daily service operated by Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners. This route last flew in 2019 before being cut due to the pandemic and fleet adjustments.
- Philadelphia to Milan: Also starting May 23, 2025, American will introduce daily flights from Philadelphia to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) using Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners.
