American Airlines is broadening its reach from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) in North Carolina by introducing four new seasonal routes focused on leisure travel. These routes include exciting transborder flights to Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Canada.

Starting June 5, American Airlines will launch daily flights from CLT to two picturesque locations: Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) in Wyoming and Spokane International Airport (GEG) in Washington. The GEG route will be served by an Airbus A321, while the JAC route will see the Airbus A319 in action.

The expansion continues on June 8, with the introduction of once-a-week flights from CLT to YYC and Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) in Montana. These flights, scheduled for Saturdays, will be operated using Boeing 737 aircraft. This service will be available until September 3, offering travelers ample opportunity to explore these destinations during the summer.

In addition to these new routes, American Airlines will also provide thrice-daily seasonal flights from its Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport base to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport during the same period.

Ralph Lopez Massas, American’s Senior Vice President for CLT Hub Operations, highlights the convenience and opportunity these new direct services offer to adventure enthusiasts looking to discover these mountain destinations.

This expansion follows American Airlines’ earlier announcement of initiating flights from CLT to Vancouver International Airport, further enhancing its network of leisure destinations from its Charlotte hub.
