Beginning December 9, these additional services will provide travelers with more direct options to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

This winter, American Airlines aims to offer a record number of flights to Cancun, with approximately 40 peak-day flights. The airline’s commitment to the region is further evident in its operation of six peak-day flights to Cozumel and the launch of four daily non-stop flights to the new Tulum International Airport starting March 28. These services are designed to cater to the growing demand for travel to Quintana Roo, known for its stunning white sand beaches, turquoise sea, archaeological sites, and rich Mayan culture.

Mara Lezama, Governor of Quintana Roo, expressed enthusiasm over the new routes.
