American Airlines is teaming up with chefs honored by the James Beard Foundation as it reopens Flagship lounges in five major airports. For example, the airline’s Miami lounge will feature dishes from chef Timon Balloo, such as tuna tataki dressed with yuzu ponzu and Korean BBQ skirt steak.
