American to launch subsidized routes to 5 cities

Federal grants will subsidize new service between Texas’ DFW International Airport and five small cities: Rochester, Minn.; Great Falls, Mont; Natchez, Miss.; Pasco, Wash., and Charleston, W.Va. American Airlines and its regional carriers will operate most of the flights, while American has an interline booking agreement with Southern Express Airways to allow Natchez, Miss. passengers to connect with its network.
