American will serve plant-based cookie bars in first class

American Airlines has started serving Whoa Dough’s plant-based, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dough bars to its first-class passengers in their meal baskets. American joins United and Alaska Airlines in increasing the range of plant-based offerings available to their customers this year, with United having recently introduced Impossible options for their first class passengers and Alaska adding a vegan soy salad.
