Amtrak adding Pa. service amid $200M in line upgrades

Amtrak will soon add a second daily train between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, Pa., under an agreement with Norfolk Southern and the state Department of Transportation, Gov. Tom Wolf announced. The new service comes as the state invests more than $200 million in the line, including platforms and track upgrades.
