The 253-room Hyatt-branded Andaz Wall Street hotel in New York City’s 75 Wall Street tower has been sold by the Hakimian Organization to Navika Capital Group for nearly $85 million. The upper portion of the 42-story building, comprising 346 apartments, will remain owned by Hakimian.
