Luxury travel company andBeyond is expanding its portfolio with the introduction of the Galapagos Explorer, a premium expedition yacht set to sail the pristine waters of the Galapagos Islands starting June. This 124-foot yacht is designed to offer an intimate and immersive exploration experience, accommodating just 12 guests across its meticulously renovated interior, which includes four cabins and two suites.

andBeyond’s Galapagos Explorer aims to provide travelers with unparalleled access to the unique ecosystems of the Galapagos through two distinct 7-night itineraries exploring the eastern and western regions of the archipelago. Each voyage will be enriched by the presence of two expert guides, ensuring guests gain a deep understanding and appreciation of the islands’ remarkable biodiversity, conservation efforts, and the challenges they face.

The luxury yacht experience is tailored for those who seek adventure without compromising on comfort, offering activities such as birdwatching, snorkeling, and hiking. Guests will have the opportunity to closely interact with the islands’ famed wildlife, including giant tortoises, marine iguanas, and an array of bird species, in an intimate setting that emphasizes personal growth and environmental awareness.

Joss Kent, andBeyond’s executive chairman and CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to conservation and education, stating, “We have long believed that the best way to encourage our guests to help protect the world’s wild places is for our skilled guides to help travelers not only fall in love with those places but also to gain an understanding of the threats that they are facing.” The Galapagos Explorer is poised to embody this philosophy, offering a luxury travel experience that not only delights but educates and inspires stewardship of our planet’s precious natural habitats.
