APEX Reveals 2026 Best Airline Award Winners in Asia-Pacific

APEX (the Airline Passenger Experience Association) has announced the winners of the 2026 APEX Best Airline Awards during APEX FTE Asia Expo 2025 in Singapore. The awards recognise top-performing airlines across Central Asia, Eastern Asia, Greater China, and the South Pacific in five key passenger experience categories: Best Overall, Cabin Service, Food & Beverage, Seat Comfort, and Wi-Fi.

Unlike many industry awards, the APEX Best Airline Awards are based entirely on independently verified passenger feedback. Through APEX’s partnership with TripIt from Concur, travellers submit ratings on more than one million flights operated by nearly 600 airlines worldwide. Passengers complete a quick, single-screen five-star review covering all five categories, ensuring the results capture authentic traveller sentiment across the region.

“The airlines recognised exemplify the spirit of innovation, dedication, and excellence that defines leadership across Asia and the South Pacific,” said APEX group CEO Dr Joe Leader. He noted that carriers in these regions continue to raise standards of comfort, connectivity, and hospitality to meet evolving traveller expectations.
