Apollo acquires Tampa Riverwalk Hotel in Florida for $45M

New York private equity firm Apollo Global Management has purchased the 277-key Tampa Riverwalk Hotel from Florida-based InSite Group for $45 million. InSite Group acquired the former Sheraton in 2015 for $32.9 million.
