Apple REIT adds 213th with $66.8M AC Hotel buy in Maine

Virginia-based Apple Hospitality REIT Inc. has purchased the AC Hotel by Marriott in Portland, Maine, for $66.8 million. The acquisition from Norwich Partners of Florida brings Apple’s portfolio to 213 hotels in 84 markets across 35 states.
