Artisanal coffee helps boutique hotels stand out

Boutique hotels are finding guests are welcoming a new service — artisanal coffee. Tom Sullivan of The Blake Hotel in New Haven, Conn., said non-branded hotels have to find something to help them stand out and the wake-up-call service fits the bill.
