ASTA, Royal Caribbean Launch Appreciation Month

The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) and Royal Caribbean International have partnered to celebrate Travel Partner Appreciation Month this September with exclusive offers for travel professionals.
As part of the initiative, new and renewing ASTA members will have access to discounted cruise rates across 100 Royal Caribbean destinations, including Mexico, the Caribbean, and The Bahamas. Eligible sailings will range from two to eight nights, giving members a wide variety of options to experience the cruise line’s signature itineraries and onboard offerings.
In addition to the special rates, Royal Caribbean will contribute $50 from every Appreciation booking to the ASTA Advocacy Fund. This fund supports ASTA’s mission to represent and protect travel advisors at all levels of government, ensuring their role remains vital in the travel industry.
“Royal Caribbean has been a steadfast partner to travel advisors, and this initiative underscores the strength of our industry when we work together,” said Michael Schottey, ASTA’s vice president of membership, marketing, and communications. He added that by joining or renewing membership, advisors not only unlock valuable cruise benefits but also contribute to the continued advancement of their profession.
The collaboration highlights both organizations’ commitment to empowering travel advisors with opportunities and recognition. With exclusive savings and a direct contribution to industry advocacy, Travel Partner Appreciation Month offers advisors the chance to enhance their membership value while enjoying memorable sailings with Royal Caribbean.
