Atlanta’s airport ranked the world’s busiest

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport boasted the highest passenger volume of any airport in the world, according to World Atlas data from pre-pandemic 2019. Three other US airports ranked in the top 10 worldwide: Los Angeles International Airport, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
