Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas is enhancing its summer appeal with a series of new culinary offerings, including restaurant openings, a pop-up dinner series, and expanded beachside dining. The additions are part of the resort’s ongoing commitment to elevate guest experiences through diverse and globally inspired cuisine.

At the heart of the new lineup is Cocodrilo, a cantina-style restaurant nestled between The Coral and The Royal towers. The venue blends laid-back tropical ambiance with bold Mexican flavors. Guests can enjoy blackened shrimp tostadas, grilled Mahi-Mahi, and an array of handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant provides an ideal atmosphere for casual dining in the sun or under the stars.

Making its debut this month, Claudio’s Bahamas is set to bring a taste of New York’s famed Claudio’s to the Caribbean. Positioned above the Water’s Edge Lagoon, this sister restaurant introduces a relaxed indoor-outdoor setup with a nautical design. The menu focuses on fresh, family-friendly seafood and seasonal fare. Guests can expect signature cocktails that match the maritime theme while soaking in lagoon-side views.

For those seeking a more exclusive culinary event, acclaimed Thai chef Ian Kittichai is presenting Kò Sà-Wăn, a limited-time dinner pop-up. Known internationally from appearances on Iron Chef USA, Chef Kittichai brings traditional Thai flavors to the island with a modern twist. Featured dishes include Thom Kha Gai, a comforting chicken coconut and galangal soup, and Thom Yum Goong, a spicy prawn and lemongrass soup. Guests can also enjoy Hor Mok Pla, a dish of fresh grouper delicately steamed in banana leaf with coconut milk and red chili, offering a taste of authentic Thai street food in a luxury resort setting.

Another new option for resort guests is Sunset Point, an open-air dining destination at Harborside Resort. With panoramic views of the Bahamian sunset, the venue offers coastal cuisine throughout the day. From leisurely breakfasts to casual lunches and dinners, Sunset Point is poised to become a favorite for those seeking relaxed al fresco dining with scenic surroundings.

These new additions at Atlantis reflect the resort’s focus on culinary innovation and immersive guest experiences. By bringing in globally renowned chefs, expanding dining concepts, and highlighting regional flavors, the resort continues to be a leader in Caribbean hospitality. Whether it’s a family meal at Claudio’s, a beachfront lunch at Cocodrilo, or a sophisticated dinner at a Thai pop-up, guests can look forward to a season of unforgettable flavors on Paradise Island.
