Atlantis Paradise Island has unveiled its star-studded lineup for the 2025 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival (NPIWFF), set to take place from March 12 to 16, 2025. This highly anticipated annual event promises to be a feast for the senses with world-renowned chefs, master sommeliers, mixologists, TV personalities, and award-winning musical performances—all against the stunning backdrop of The Bahamas.

The festival, which marks the official kickoff to summer at Atlantis Paradise Island, will feature an impressive roster of celebrity chefs. Fans can look forward to culinary delights from icons such as Bobby Flay, José Andrés, Kardea Brown, Michael Symon, Katie Lee, Alon Shaya, JJ Johnson, and Michael White. Each chef will bring their signature style to interactive events including live cooking classes, demos, and intimate chef-led happy hours, lunches, and dinners. These events are designed to provide attendees with a unique opportunity to taste extraordinary dishes and learn culinary secrets from the best in the business.

Enhancing the beverage experience, acclaimed master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim will be on hand to shake up the beverage scene with expertly crafted cocktails. Guests can expect innovative drink creations that perfectly complement the culinary offerings and elevate the overall festival experience.

Now in its third year, NPIWFF is also set to light up the stage with exclusive live performances. The festival will showcase performances by Grammy Award-winning group Baha Men during the vibrant “Tacos & Tequila” event, and Jamaican-American reggae singer Shaggy will join the lineup for a late-night performance at the festival’s signature “Jerk Jam.” These musical acts promise to create an unforgettable atmosphere that blends Caribbean rhythms with international pop culture.

  • Jerk Jam: Hosted by JJ Johnson and Kardea Brown, this signature celebration of Caribbean flavor will feature a special performance by reggae icon Shaggy.
  • Tacos & Tequila: A vibrant fiesta with gourmet tacos and top-shelf tequila, hosted by Michael Symon and Tony Abou-Ganim, with live music from the Grammy-winning Baha Men.
  • Taste of Paradise: The festival’s signature tasting event, offering a diverse range of culinary delights from international celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay, alongside offerings from local Bahamian restaurants such as Julie Lightbourne’s Sip Sip and McKenize’s Conch Shack.
  • Wine Dinner with Bobby Flay: An exclusive, wine-paired dinner hosted by celebrity chef Bobby Flay at the resort’s Ocean’s Edge bluff.
  • Conch Tales with José Andrés: A deep dive into sustainable seafood practices and Bahamian conch traditions at José Andrés’ renowned restaurant, FISH.
  • Island Food Tour: A guided culinary journey through Nassau led by Michael Symon, featuring stops at celebrated local eateries like Bon Vivants, Solemar, Wild Thyme, and The London Tapas & Cocktail Bar.

Along with a stellar entertainment and culinary lineup, the festival highlights the rich culinary heritage of The Bahamas. It will feature top local chefs, renowned restaurants, and the resort’s own culinary team, ensuring that both visitors and locals are treated to an exceptional gastronomic experience.

Tickets for the festival range from $99 for bronze seating to $239 for diamond seating, and go on sale February 13, 2025. Complimentary round-trip shuttle services to Atlantis’ hotels and designated parking areas are available for all attendees.
