Atlas Ocean Voyages is introducing a new specialty dining experience called “The Explorer’s Table” for travelers exploring Antarctica and the Arctic. This exclusive Omakase-style dining option features a curated menu inspired by global cuisine, with dishes from Spain, Korea, France, Argentina, and North America. The dining experience will be available aboard the line’s luxury yachts—World Voyager, World Traveller, and World Navigator.

Set in The Dome observation lounge, The Explorer’s Table offers a multi-course tasting menu that will debut during the 2024-25 Antarctica season and continue throughout the 2025 Arctic season. Up to 10 guests can enjoy the intimate dining experience per evening, with reservations opening 60 days prior to the embarkation date. This exclusive setup ensures a personalized and immersive experience for each guest.

The Explorer’s Table menu includes an array of sophisticated dishes, such as charcoal steamed Nishiki rice topped with Ossetra caviar and flamed spring chicken terrine served with pickles. Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium wines to enhance the overall experience.
