Avcon Jet San Marino Expands Fleet with New Jets

Avcon Jet San Marino (VAJ, Rimini) is marking a significant milestone in its fleet expansion with the addition of a first Global 7500 and the resumption of Embraer Executive Jets operations following a one-year hiatus. According to ch-aviation research, these moves reinforce the operator’s commitment to providing a diverse and modern fleet to meet growing market demands.
The new Global 7500, bearing the registration T7-TBA (msn 70207), was delivered directly from Bombardier’s Montréal Trudeau facilities to Dubai World Central on February 21, 2025. This delivery marks the reintroduction of the Global 7500 into the Avcon Jet group’s portfolio—a model that had been previously managed with a Bermuda-registered unit between 2021 and 2022. The Global 7500 is renowned for its long-range capabilities, luxurious cabin space, and advanced technology, making it an ideal addition for clients seeking top-tier performance and comfort for long-haul executive travel.
In parallel with the new Bombardier acquisition, Avcon Jet San Marino has resumed its operations in the Embraer Executive Jets segment with the addition of a Legacy 650, registered as T7-888 (msn 14501207). This 10.7-year-old aircraft made its inaugural flight under the operator’s ‘VAJ’ code on February 19, 2025, flying from Singapore Seletar to Dubai World Central with a stop at Maafaru. The very next day, the Legacy 650 continued its journey, flying on to Vienna via Malta International, and it has since been active throughout Europe.
The Legacy 650, known for its spacious cabin and reliability, marks an important return to service for Avcon Jet San Marino’s Embraer Executive Jets operations after a year-long hiatus. The operator already manages several other Legacy 650s registered in Aruba and the Isle of Man, as well as a Legacy 600 based in Austria. The revival of this segment underscores the company’s focus on meeting the increasing demand for executive and business aviation services across multiple regions.
Avcon Jet San Marino’s fleet is now more robust than ever, featuring 12 additional aircraft that cater to a wide range of operational needs. The diverse fleet includes a Boeing 737-700(BBJ) for business jet charters, a Learjet 31A that was recently added to further boost its light jet segment, two Challenger 604s, a Global Express XRS for ultra-long-range missions, three Global 5000s, a Global 5500, a G200, a Hawker 800XP, and a HondaJet Elite S. This variety enables the operator to serve an array of client requirements, from short regional hops to intercontinental journeys in luxurious comfort.
By continuously refreshing its fleet, Avcon Jet San Marino is positioning itself as a leader in the competitive business aviation market. The strategic addition of the Global 7500 not only enhances the group’s long-haul capabilities but also aligns with its broader vision of delivering exceptional service and performance for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
As the business aviation sector evolves, Avcon Jet San Marino’s proactive fleet expansion is a testament to its commitment to innovation, reliability, and client satisfaction. With the latest additions, the operator is well-equipped to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic market and to offer unparalleled travel experiences across the globe.
