Azamara Launches New Hotline to Support Travel Advisors

Azamara Cruises has introduced the “Anything Azamara” hotline (888-575-9782), a new resource designed to provide travel advisors with direct, personalized support from the cruise line’s contact center.

The hotline is part of Azamara’s broader initiative to simplify, support, and strengthen relationships with its travel trade partners. Developed based on feedback from advisor surveys, the program aims to make it easier for agents to access assistance, training, and resources.

Azamara also announced upcoming expansions to its Azamara World Academy training and certification platform, new RezA training for its reservations system, and a collection of updated destination guides to help advisors better market the line’s Destination Immersion cruises.

“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, Chief Sales Officer for North America. “‘Anything Azamara’ is more than just a phone number—it’s a promise of personalized support and partnership from day one.”

The announcement follows strong growth in Azamara’s advisor network, including 500 first-time bookings from agency partners and over 800 new agency registrations in recent months.
