Back to Europe? Signs point to US traveler welcome

Greece’s recent reopening to American tourists may be taken up by its European neighbors thus summer as the US vaccination rate hovers at 50% and the pain of lost dollars persists. The European Union hinted last week it may unlock its doors to vaccinated visitors, including those from the US, who made 6.6 million trips to Europe last year compared to 36 million in 2019.
