Baltimore Kimpton sells for fraction of 2011 price

The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor has changed hands for $18.6 million after selling for $33 million in 2011. The buyer, Douglas Development, says it will invest $6.5 million in improvements.
