Baton Rouge, La., airport hotel sells for $3.5M

Louisiana investment group Akshardham LLC has purchased the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport for $3.5 million. The seller, JAY VMS LLC, paid $3.8 million in 2018 for the hotel, which opened in 2009.
