Battle Creek, Mich., hotel will double as teaching site

Hospitality career training for high school and college students will be featured at the McCamly Plaza Hotel in Battle Creek, Mich., when a $59 million redevelopment project is complete. Battle Creek Unlimited and affiliate 50 Capital Avenue Development Corp. plan to reopen the property next year as a DoubleTree by Hilton.
