Beond, the pioneering premium leisure airline, is set to elevate the inflight entertainment experience by offering the innovative Apple Vision Pro to selected passengers on its flights to the Maldives starting July 2024. This initiative marks Beond as the first airline to integrate Apple’s advanced content experience into its service, promising an unparalleled onboard entertainment journey.

Tero Taskila, Beond’s Chairman and CEO, highlighted the transformative potential of the Apple Vision Pro in enhancing passenger experience. Beond aims to complement its already rich inflight content library with immersive visuals showcasing the Maldives’ spectacular resort destinations and activities. Collaborations with partners in the Maldives are underway to curate exceptional footage, ensuring passengers begin their vacation experience the moment they board.

The introduction of the Apple Vision Pro aligns with Beond’s commitment to delivering a premium travel experience from departure to arrival. This move reflects the airline’s dedication to innovation and excellence in customer service.

Following the recent expansion of its fleet and the successful inauguration of commercial passenger services in 2023, Beond continues to broaden its reach. New routes from Munich, Zurich, Riyadh, Milan, Dubai, and Bangkok to Malé, Maldives, featuring all-lay-flat seating, are set to launch in mid-2024, further solidifying Beond’s position as a leader in luxury air travel.
