BeOnd Partners With New Pacific to Launch U.S. Operations

BeOnd has formed a strategic partnership with New Pacific Airlines to launch U.S. operations under a new BeOnd America brand, using eight A320 family aircraft operated under New Pacific’s existing FAA certificate. The move marks a major expansion for the Maldives-based all-premium carrier as it builds a multi-AOC network spanning several jurisdictions.
“New Pacific as a partner brings operational depth in the United States and strengthens our multi-jurisdictional structure,” said BeOnd CEO Tero Taskila. The partnership and its planned routes remain subject to FAA approval.
A BeOnd spokesperson confirmed to ch-aviation that New Pacific will continue operating its current fleet and serving its existing customer base. The cooperation agreement adds eight A320 and A321 aircraft—configured for 56 and 68 passengers, respectively—to support BeOnd America’s premium-focused service model.
The U.S. will become a key pillar of BeOnd’s multi-AOC strategy, which also includes licensed operations in the Maldives and ongoing efforts to secure an Air Operator Certificate in the United Arab Emirates. BeOnd currently flies one A319-100 and one A321-200, both in all-business-class configurations, from Malé to Dubai World Central, Riyadh, and Red Sea International, as well as scheduled services from Dubai to Munich and Zurich. It also operates the only European connection from Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea International Airport to Milan Malpensa. The airline plans to grow its fleet to 27 aircraft by 2030.
New Pacific Airlines, for its part, operates three premium-configured Boeing 757-200s in the U.S. charter market and maintains a partnership with Private Jet Services, part of Elevate Aviation Group. It previously flew regional services under the Ravn Alaska brand.
BeOnd’s expansion announcement follows recent news from Magnifica Air, another start-up targeting the U.S. all-premium narrowbody charter segment with VIP-configured A220-300s and A321-200NX aircraft.
