The Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel and five adjacent condominiums in Los Angeles are being sold for $77.9 million. Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. entered into an agreement to purchase the 138-room luxury hotel for $65.4 million and the condos for $12.5 million.
