Billboard dispute holds up Calif. hotel sale

A court case about a billboard lease has become an obstacle to a $120 million sale of the former Standard Hotel on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, Calif. Hotel developers Ian Schrager and Ed Scheetz agreed in March to buy the Standard in a deal that included $30 million in billboard signage rights.
