Urban One is joining Golden Nugget, Bally’s, and Native American tribes in bidding for a Richmond, Va., casino project. The company’s proposal, in partnership with Peninsula Pacific Entertainment, features a 3,000-seat entertainment venue, a 150-key hotel and restaurants and lounges.
