Blackstone Group has upped its offer for the embattled Australian casino company Crown Resorts Ltd. to $6.2 billion. Crown has been beset by multiple government probes into alleged misconduct, as has Blackstone’s Australian rival for the acquisition, Star Entertainment Group Ltd.
