Braemar Hotels & Resorts buys Beverly Hills hotel, condos for $77M

Braemar Hotels & Resorts is acquiring the 138-room Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel along with five adjacent condominiums for around $77 million. “This property fits perfectly with our strategy of owning high [revenue per available room] luxury hotels and resorts and further diversifies our portfolio,” notes CEO and President Richard Stockton.
