British Airways Resumes London-Tel Aviv Service

British Airways has officially resumed its direct passenger flights between London Heathrow and Tel Aviv after an 18‐month pause, reconnecting the United Kingdom and Israel at a time when travel demand is steadily rising. The airline’s inaugural flight landed in Tel Aviv on April 5, marking its return to a key route that was suspended in September 2023 due to heightened security concerns in the region. Initially, British Airways will operate one daily service on the route, with plans to expand to two daily flights starting April 20, 2025. This resumption comes as a significant relief for travelers who had faced limited international flight options to and from Israel during the suspension period. United Airlines resumed its flights to Tel Aviv on March 16, and Delta Air Lines followed closely behind by restarting its services on April 1, 2025.
