The airline has also taken major steps to boost customer service and operational efficiency. For the first time, 47 summer students have been hired as cabin crew after completing full training. Since January, Brussels Airlines has recruited nearly 300 new employees, including 153 cabin crew, 57 pilots, and 47 airport staff.

To reduce airport wait times, the airline has doubled its bag drop capacity at Brussels Airport. Brussels Airlines currently flies 106 routes to 91 destinations in 41 countries and is positioning itself for a record-breaking summer travel season with a strong focus on customer experience and operational readiness.
