Brutalist building transformed into net-zero hotel

A 1970s Brutalist building in New Haven, Conn., has been converted into the 165-room Hotel Marcel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property. The concrete exterior remains, and the former office building achieved net-zero status by taking actions such as reusing materials, adding solar panels and going all-electric.
