The historic Lombardy Hotel in New York City is reportedly up for sale after the pandemic chilled shareholders’ hopes to cash in on the tourist trade. The Lombardy co-op seeks upwards of $150 million for the 192-room property once owned by William Randolph Hearst, sources say.
