Buyers scooping up Manhattan hotels bargains

Manhattan hotels are turning over as property owners are acquiring them at a discount in hopes tourism will fully return after the pandemic. Watermark Lodging Trust sold its leasehold interest in the Courtyard by Marriott at 307 W. 37th St. to Barings and its Holiday Inn in Chelsea to Two Kings Real Estate at a loss.
