Caesars Virginia seeks proposals for Va. casino-resort

Caesars Virginia has solicited proposals from general contractors for a casino and resort hotel in Schoolfield, Va. Construction would begin soon after a contractor is mobilized on the old Dan River mill site in spring, Robert Livingston, Caesars Entertainment’s senior vice president of development, told the Danville City Council.
