The 805-room Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, Calif., will reopen as the Signia Hilton San Jose following a bankruptcy court’s approval of a reorganization agreement. The noted hotel has been closed since March because of pandemic-related financial losses and a dispute with its former operator.
