Calif. landmark will return re-branded, lender says

A major lender has told investors and regulators that the iconic Fairmont San Jose in California will reopen with a new name in early 2022 after filing for bankruptcy protection and closing last March. The 805-room twin-tower property recovered from bankruptcy in August and reportedly will resume business as the Signia Hilton San Jose.
