Canada has opened its borders to fully vaccinated tourists who can also present a PCR-variety COVID-19 test taken less than 72 hours before the trip, and travelers must register with the government before they embark on their travel plans. With 70% of Canadians fully vaccinated, most facilities require proof of vaccination to access common spaces like hotel lobbies.
