Canada sets vaccinate mandate for most travelers

Travelers ages 12 and up entering Canada by plane, ship or train must be fully vaccinated starting Oct. 30, the government announced this week. Those with only one vaccination must provide a negative COVID-19 test through Nov. 30, though exceptions will be made for those medically unable to receive the vaccine and for emergency travel.
