Capital One Debuts Flagship Airport Lounge at JFK Terminal 4

In June 2025, Capital One opened its most ambitious airport lounge to date inside New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport. Located in Terminal 4, the 13,500-square-foot space marks the brand’s first global flagship and sets a new bar for its growing lounge portfolio. With existing lounges in Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, and Washington, D.C., the JFK lounge signals a bold step into the future of elevated travel experiences.

The new lounge blends midcentury design with distinctly New York touches, including a Murray’s Cheese counter, hand-rolled Ess-a-Bagels, and a Bean & Bean coffee bar. Its location just past security and 24-hour operation make it ideal for early birds and red-eye travelers alike. Capital One’s focus on local flavor and thoughtful service is evident throughout, from artisan cocktails named after city neighborhoods to curated single-serve meals made with regional ingredients.

The space is divided into zones for working, relaxing, and dining, with power outlets and USB-C ports at every seat. Travelers can enjoy New York-style food like smoked salmon bagels, mascarpone challah French toast, and deviled eggs seasoned with everything-bagel spice. Hot dishes are served via QR-code ordering, while roaming service carts offer iced espresso drinks in the morning and comfort food at night.

The lounge also features premium amenities, including a shower suite, reservable rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated parent’s room. Access is complimentary for Capital One Venture X cardholders and available to others for a fee. The space redefines what it means to unwind before a flight.
