Carnival Cruise Line announced on June 16, 2023 that it will be enhancing its main dining room menus with a new rotation of nearly sixty new entrees, to be offered fleetwide by this fall.

The Carnival Dream, which began operations in 2008, will be piloting the new entrees beginning on June 17, 2023. The line will be rolling out the menu offerings in a staggered manner, with an entire fleetwide rollout this autumn.

Carnival’s President, Christine Duffy, made a short announcement about the new menus on Facebook, noting that the new menu items will be revealed later on.

The new menus were designed in consultation with Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse and features larger portion offerings, additional vegetarian options, salads and plant-forward dishes, as well as dishes from a selection of the cruise line’s popular specialty dining restaurants.
