Carnival Cruise Line Unveils Exciting Enhancements for an Elevated Guest Experience

Carnival Cruise Line is ringing in the new year with a series of innovative enhancements designed to enrich the overall guest experience. These improvements range from culinary advancements to digital enhancements, all aimed at providing a more streamlined and enjoyable cruise experience.

Key among these enhancements is the introduction of the Carnival Culinary Center, debuting on Carnival Jubilee. This unique feature, curated by Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse, offers guests a hands-on cooking class experience. Participants will learn to prepare a three-course meal with recipes handpicked by Emeril, including his famous New-New Orleans Pasta and Strawberries Romanoff. The Carnival Culinary Center also features on other ships like Carnival Panorama, Mardi Gras, and Carnival Celebration.

In addition, Carnival is revolutionizing its Chef’s Table experience with the launch of Chef’s Table 2.0. This immersive VIP culinary journey includes a multi-course dinner hosted by the ship’s Executive Chef. The new menu, available across the Carnival fleet, begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a galley tour and culminates in a dinner featuring a diverse array of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and world-class wine selections.

Further enhancing the pre-cruise experience, the popular ‘Behind The Fun’ tour, previously available only for onboard booking, will be open for pre-cruise reservations starting January 1, 2024. This initiative offers both standard and accessible, abbreviated tours for guests with disabilities.

Carnival is also simplifying the debarkation process with a new feature in its HUB App. This digital tool allows guests to select their debarkation time and manage luggage arrangements directly from their smartphones. This new feature is currently available on select ships, with plans for a fleet-wide rollout by February.
