Carnival Cruise Lines Adds Sailings from New Orleans and Long Beach
Carnival Cruise Line is excited to announce an expansion of its sailings from New Orleans and Long Beach for the 2026 and 2027 cruise seasons. Travelers will have even more opportunities to set sail from these vibrant ports, experiencing the diverse destinations and itineraries that Carnival has to offer.
The cruise line will add additional departures aboard the Carnival Liberty and Carnival Valor from New Orleans, providing guests with access to the Eastern, Western, and Southern Caribbean, as well as the beautiful Bahamas. Additionally, Carnival will increase its offerings from Long Beach with more cruises aboard the Carnival Panorama to the scenic Mexican Riviera.

From New Orleans, where Carnival recently celebrated 30 years of service, the Carnival Valor will embark on 4- and 5-day Western Caribbean cruises, allowing travelers to enjoy quick getaways filled with adventure and relaxation. Meanwhile, the Carnival Liberty will offer a mix of 7-day Western and Eastern Caribbean voyages. Guests can look forward to visiting popular ports of call, including Mahogany Bay, Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West, and Nassau. Additionally, the Carnival Liberty will make stops at Celebration Key, Carnival’s upcoming private destination on Grand Bahama, which promises an exclusive beach experience.
On the West Coast, the newly refurbished Carnival Panorama will set sail from Long Beach, offering 6- to 8-day itineraries to some of the most sought-after destinations in the Mexican Riviera. Passengers can explore vibrant locales such as Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and La Paz, where they can immerse themselves in the rich culture and stunning landscapes that these destinations provide.
