Carnival’s new Mardi Gras ship leaving for Port Canaveral

Carnival Cruise Line’s new Mardi Gras ship will arrive at Port Canaveral in Florida on June 4 and await approval from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as to when it can set sail for its maiden voyage. The ship will include the almost 800-foot-long “Bolt — Ultimate Sea Coaster” roller coaster and consist of six neighborhoods — The Ultimate Playground, Grand Central, Lido, La Piazza, French Quarter and Summer Landing.
