Celebrity Reveals New Details About Upcoming Celebrity Ascent Ship
Celebrity Cruises revealed new details about the upcoming Celebrity Ascent ship, to be launched this November as the fourth Edge Series ship.
The Ascent will offer many of the beloved Edge Series favorites, including its Rooftop Garden, the Nate Berkus-designed Sunset Bar, The Magic Carpet, Eden Bar and Restaurant and more, but it’ll also build upon the Edge favorites with all-new concepts.
New dining concepts include a redesigned Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. It’ll be the second restaurant of its kind at sea (the first debuted on the Beyond), but it’ll be redesigned to be different from its original. Furthermore, the main dining experience will be upgraded onboard the Ascent to offer four main dining options, complete with different menus and rotating dishes.
The Eden Restaurant will also feature a new plant-based tasting menu on the Ascent, while the line’s beloved Le Petit Chef dinner experience will feature an all-new menu and animations.
Entertainment and retail offerings are also getting a few changes onboard the new ship. The Resort Deck will offer an outdoor nightlife area complete with live performances, DJ and dance floor. The Casino floor and Art Gallery spaces will also be redesigned with dedicated spaces onboard the Ascent.
Additionally, The Sunset Collection by Nate Berkus, a collection of home and travel accessories, will be available for purchase exclusively on the Ascent.

The Celebrity Ascent will celebrate its maiden voyage on December 3, 2023. Preview sailings are available to book now for November. Its full calendar of Caribbean itineraries for the winter of 2023-2024 are available to book now.
