Celestyal Cruises has unveiled “The Celestyal Compass”, a new trade portal designed to support travel advisors. Launched on December 10, just ahead of wave season, the platform includes a learning module, “Celestyal Campus”, offering comprehensive training on topics like the brand, onboard experiences, itineraries, and shore excursions.

Travel advisors, known as “Celestyal Navigators,” can earn stars for completing modules, unlocking exclusive benefits. Additionally, the portal provides marketing assets and the latest company offers to help agents boost sales. Tim Locke, Director of E-commerce at Celestyal, emphasized, “The Celestyal Compass gives agents everything they need at their fingertips to learn and grow during this critical booking period.”

Complementing the trade portal, Celestyal has also launched a new consumer-facing website to enhance the customer experience. Key features include:

  • Improved Navigation: A streamlined homepage and detailed itineraries.
  • Frictionless Booking System: Simplifies the reservation process for guests.
  • Enhanced Search Tools: Helps travelers find itineraries effortlessly.
  • AI-Powered CelestyalPay: Allows pre-planning specialty food and drink tabs based on predicted consumption while offering bonus incentives.

Lee Haslett, Celestyal’s Chief Commercial Officer, noted that these advancements mark a pivotal moment in Celestyal’s digital strategy. “The website is rich in storytelling, immersing guests in our itineraries from the very start.”
