Celestyal Names Rachel Wilton VP of Revenue and Product
Celestyal, the boutique cruise line known for its immersive experiences, has announced the appointment of Rachel Wilton as Vice President of Revenue, Product, and Shore Experiences, effective immediately. Rachel’s extensive commercial leadership experience includes her previous role as Vice President of Holidays and Global Sales at Virgin Atlantic.
Based in the UK, Rachel will report to Lee Haslett, Chief Commercial Officer, and will focus on enhancing pre- and post-cruise experiences for travel agents. In her new position, she will oversee the development of Celestyal’s shore excursion program as the company expands into new destinations, as well as execute its revenue management strategy.
Rachel will lead global teams in revenue and inventory management, shore excursions, and data analytics. Her expertise will enhance Celestyal’s capabilities in demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, and inventory management. Additionally, she will work on fostering partnerships with tour operators, hotels, airlines, and excursion providers to fulfill Celestyal’s vision of creating “unmissable experiences at sea and ashore.”
