Celestyal Unveils Its Newest Ship, Celestyal Journey

As planned, Celestyal will introduce its newest ship, the 1,260-passenger Celestyal Journey, which formerly sailed as Holland America’s Ryndam, on Sept. 2.

Among other accommodations’ types,the ship is equipped with 120 Junior Dream Suites and 28 Grand Dream Suites with balconies.

It also features seven dining venues, eight bars and lounges, generously proportioned sun decks, two pools and “an entire deck dedicated to wellness,” Celestyal said.

Celestyal Journey will assume Celestyal Crystal’s voyages, which include the seven-night “Idyllic Aegean” itinerary will calls at Athens, Thessaloniki, Kusadasi, Heraklion (Crete), Santorini. Mykonos and Milos.

“This is an incredibly exciting time for Celestyal, and we are looking forward to working closely with our trade partners to highlight our much-elevated onboard product alongside our renowned brand proposition of destination-rich, immersive travel experiences,” said Celestyal Chief Commerical Officer Lee Haslett.

“Our goal is to immerse our agent and operator partners in the Celestyal Journey via in-person ship visits, fam trips and training to expand their product knowledge and truly benefit their customers.
